The Siemens RF300/600, 8-pole M12 to M12 Plug-in Cable is a highly flexible communication line designed for seamless integration between ASM 456, RF160C, RF170C, RF18XC, and readers. This pre-assembled cable can also serve as an extension cable, providing versatility in various industrial applications. The cable features a 6-core design with a braided shield made of tin-plated copper wires, ensuring robust signal integrity and durability.
Engineered for demanding environments, the cable is flame resistant according to IEC 60332-1-2 and exhibits excellent resistance to mineral oil, grease, and UV radiation. The outer sheath is made of PUR, which is known for its trailing capability and resilience in harsh conditions. The cable is also silicon-free, making it suitable for applications where silicon contamination must be avoided.
With a maximum operating voltage of 300V and a loop resistance of 160 mΩ/m, this cable ensures reliable electrical performance. The M12 connectors (male and female, 8-pin, straight) provide secure and easy connections, while the cable's black sheath and color-coded insulation (DIN 47100) facilitate straightforward installation and maintenance.
