This Contact Pin Assembly is engineered for Type II contacts, utilizing precision screw-machined pin and socket designs. It features a high normal force, which ensures minimal electrical resistance during operation. The closed-ended mating entry is specifically designed to mitigate damage from misalignment during connection.

With a contact base made of brass and a gold-plated mating area with a thickness of 30 µin, this assembly supports effective signal circuit applications. It is compatible with discrete wire types and accommodates wire insulation diameters ranging from 1.4 to 2.24 mm (.055 to .088 in). The assembly can accept wire sizes between 24 to 20 AWG (.2 to .6 mm²) and employs a crimp termination method for secure connections.

Operating efficiently within a temperature range of -55 to 150 °C, this assembly is suitable for use with CPC, G Series, and M Series connectors. Additionally, the contact retention within the housing employs a crimp snap-in mechanism for reliable performance. The product is packaged in bags containing 1000 units, identified by a color code of yellow/red.
