Turck TBEN-S2-4AI

Turck's TBEN-S2-4AI is a compact multiprotocol I/O module designed to support Ethernet connectivity with 4 analog inputs. The module can be configured for voltage, current, resistance temperature detectors (RTD), or thermocouples. It supports PROFINET device, EtherNet/IP device or Modbus TCP slave functionality and is equipped with an integrated Ethernet switch that operates at speeds of 10 Mbps / 100 Mbps.

The module features a glass fiber reinforced housing and is shock and vibration tested. It is fully potted for enhanced durability and comes with protection classes IP65, IP67, and IP69K. The module also includes an M8 connector with 4-pin Ethernet fieldbus connection for power supply.

Each channel on the TBEN-S2-4AI is freely selectable for voltage, current, RTD, resistance or thermocouple measurements. Measuring ranges include ±500 mV, ±100 mV, ±50 mV, ±1 V, 0/1–5 V, ±10 V, 0/2–10 V for voltage and 0/4–20 mA, ±20 mA, PT100, NI100, PT200, PT500, PT1000, NI1000, 0–100 Ω/400 Ω/2 kΩ/4 kΩ for resistance and thermocouples.

The module is ATEX Zone 2/22 certified and supports differential or common reference inputs. It also features programmable ARGEE functionality.
