Terms & Conditions: “$200 Amazon Voucher for First Purchase at Automa.Net” Promotion

Organizer: Automa.Net sp. z o.o.

Term: The promotion lasts from March 1, 2024, to May 1, 2024, or until the total amount of vouchers distributed reaches €20,000.

§ 1. Introduction

These terms govern the “$200 Amazon Voucher for First Purchase at Automa.Net” promotion, hereafter referred to as the “Promotion”.
By participating, participants agree to abide by these terms.

The Promotion is open to invited letter users who make their first purchase at the Automa.Net platform during the Promotion Period.
Participation is voluntary.
Employees, affiliates, or representatives of Automa.Net sp. z o.o. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
To qualify, participants must make their first purchase on the Automa.Net platform using the “BUY NOW” feature within the Promotion Period.

Participants who make their first purchase in accordance with these terms will receive a $200 Amazon voucher.
The voucher will be sent electronically to the email address registered with Automa.Net within 30 days of the qualifying first purchase.
Each participant is eligible to receive only one voucher.
Each voucher is valid for use by one company only. Companies are identified by their registered account on the Automa.Net platform. Multiple participants from the same company are not eligible to receive more than one voucher in total.
The total budget allocated for the Promotion is €20,000. Vouchers will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

To claim the voucher, participants must email proof of their first purchase to [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction date.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the purchase and participant eligibility.
Submissions that do not comply with these terms, including incomplete or inconsistent entries, will be deemed invalid.

The total budget for the Promotion is €20,000.
If the first purchase is returned, cancelled, or refunded, the participant may lose eligibility for the voucher.
Automa.Net reserves the right to terminate or modify the Promotion at its discretion, with an effort to notify participants of significant changes where feasible.

Any concerns or claims related to the Promotion should be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line “Promotion Claim”.
Claims will be addressed within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Any tax obligations arising from the voucher are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants are advised to consult with a tax professional to understand any applicable tax implications.

By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the processing of their personal data by Automa.Net sp. z o.o. for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Automa.Net is committed to protecting participants’ privacy and will process personal data only for the purposes specified and in line with legal requirements.
