Term: promotion lasts from 09.11.2023 to 31.01.2024 or if the total amount of refunds reaches €20,000 before 31.01.2024

§ 1. Introduction

  1. The following terms govern the shipping refund promotion hereafter referred to as the “Promotion”.
  2. By participating, participants agree to abide by these terms.

§ 2. Eligibility and Participation

  1. The Promotion is open to users registered on the Automa.Net platform before and during the Promotion Period.
  2. Participation is voluntary.
  3. Employees, affiliates, or representatives of Automa.Net are not eligible.
  4. To be eligible, participants must make an international product purchase on the Automa.Net platform during the Promotion Period.

§ 3. Monetary Bonus Refund

  1. Participants can claim a refund of their delivery costs up to €100 per transaction.
  2. The total refund a participant can claim throughout the Promotion is capped at €100.
  3. Refunds will be processed to the participant’s bank account registered with Automa.Net within 30 days of verification.
  4. Any tax obligations arising from the refund are the sole responsibility of the participant.

§ 4. Proof of Purchase and Claim

  1. To claim the refund, participants must email proof of purchase to [email protected]
  2. Proof of purchase must be submitted within four weeks of the transaction date.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the purchase.
  4. Entries made against the provisions of these terms, including incomplete or inconsistent entries, shall be deemed invalid.

§ 5. Limitations

  1. The total amount of money set aside for the Promotion is €20,000 
  2. Refunds will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. If a purchase is returned or canceled, the participant may lose eligibility for the refund.
  4. Automa.Net reserves the right to terminate or modify the Promotion at its discretion.

§ 6. Claims Procedure

  1. Any concerns or claims related to the Promotion should be emailed to [email protected] with the title “Claim”.
  2. Claims will be addressed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
