Terms & Conditions: Shipping Refund Promotion

Term: promotion lasts from 09.11.2023 to 31.01.2024 or if the total amount of refunds reaches €20,000 before 31.01.2024
§ 1. Introduction
- The following terms govern the shipping refund promotion hereafter referred to as the “Promotion”.
- By participating, participants agree to abide by these terms.
§ 2. Eligibility and Participation
- The Promotion is open to users registered on the Automa.Net platform before and during the Promotion Period.
- Participation is voluntary.
- Employees, affiliates, or representatives of Automa.Net are not eligible.
- To be eligible, participants must make an international product purchase on the Automa.Net platform during the Promotion Period.
§ 3. Monetary Bonus Refund
- Participants can claim a refund of their delivery costs up to €100 per transaction.
- The total refund a participant can claim throughout the Promotion is capped at €100.
- Refunds will be processed to the participant’s bank account registered with Automa.Net within 30 days of verification.
- Any tax obligations arising from the refund are the sole responsibility of the participant.
§ 4. Proof of Purchase and Claim
- To claim the refund, participants must email proof of purchase to [email protected]
- Proof of purchase must be submitted within four weeks of the transaction date.
- The Organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the purchase.
- Entries made against the provisions of these terms, including incomplete or inconsistent entries, shall be deemed invalid.
§ 5. Limitations
- The total amount of money set aside for the Promotion is €20,000
- Refunds will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If a purchase is returned or canceled, the participant may lose eligibility for the refund.
- Automa.Net reserves the right to terminate or modify the Promotion at its discretion.
§ 6. Claims Procedure
- Any concerns or claims related to the Promotion should be emailed to [email protected] with the title “Claim”.
- Claims will be addressed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
