ALPER a.s. is a Czech industrial forging company based in Prostějov, established in 2005 and building on the heritage of Agrostroj Prostějov's WIKOV plant, which originated from the 1918-founded Wichterle and Kovařík engineering factory. ALPER specializes in designing and manufacturing high-quality drop forgings from various steels, including austenitic and safety-critical components, serving a diverse range of industrial sectors globally. The company provides a comprehensive service for drop forgings, encompassing development, construction, manufacturing, final processing, machining, surface treatment, and logistics. With a current production capacity of 5800 tons annually, ALPER primarily supplies components for heavy-duty vehicles, material handling equipment, gearboxes, and hydraulic motors, with some production also allocated to nuclear power plants, agriculture, and healthcare. ALPER adheres to stringent quality standards, holding IATF 1649, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 certifications, ensuring environmentally conscious technologies and thoroughly controlled production processes.
