Aluflam Extrusion, a brand of UAB ABC NORDIC, is the first aluminum profile extrusion plant in the Baltic States, operating since 2022. The company specializes in manufacturing high-quality aluminum profiles, utilizing the region's first horizontal carousel-type powder coating line for enhanced protection against UV radiation, environmental factors, and mechanical impact. With over 7,000 square meters, the plant offers comprehensive profile machining services, including cutting, milling, and aluminum profile insulator rolling for thermally efficient profiles. Aluflam Extrusion provides engineering design services from initial concepts to 3D prototypes, ensuring superior performance and delivering 3D printed prototypes before mass production. Certified with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, the company also boasts an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for its aluminum profiles, ensuring transparency and sustainability. As part of the Danish-capital Aluflam group, with traditions dating back to 1943, Aluflam Extrusion serves industries such as construction, aviation, road infrastructure, shipping, and renewable energy.
