Asia Supply Line, LLC, founded in 2009, is a global AS9100 and ISO9001 certified manufacturer specializing in precision investment castings, forgings, and advanced CNC machining services. The company operates state-of-the-art facilities, including a 7,000 sq. meter plant north of Bangkok, Thailand, and a 10,000 sq. meter plant in the Philippines, which houses 430 CNC machines for 3 to 5 axis milling and auto lathes. Asia Supply Line provides cost-effective solutions for demanding industries such as aerospace, oil & gas, automotive, medical, food service, computer, defense, and firearms. They offer Metal Injection Molding (MIM) for small to medium castings and 3D printing services for rapid prototyping with a 2-week delivery. The company works with a diverse range of over 72 ferrous and non-ferrous materials, including aerospace-grade DFAR materials like stainless steel, Inconel, titanium, aluminum, and various steel alloys. Comprehensive in-house NDT capabilities (X-Ray, MPI, FPI, Grain Structure, Hardness, Mechanical Testing) and quality assurance (Linear Height NC, CMM, VMM) are utilized, with all processes monitored by SPC and supported by engineering tools like Inventor 3D Modeling, SolidWorks, and Mold Flow Analysis Software.
