Bembelbots

Bembelbots is the official robot soccer team of Goethe University Frankfurt, specializing in autonomous humanoid robot soccer players. The team actively participates in RoboCup competitions, working towards the long-term goal of developing robots capable of winning against human World Cup winners by the mid-21st century. As a research and development initiative, Bembelbots focuses on advancing robotics and artificial intelligence within the industrial automation and control sectors. The team engages in academic research, practical application, and community involvement to further the field of intelligent autonomous systems. Bembelbots provides a platform for students and researchers to collaborate on cutting-edge robotic challenges, contributing to the broader industrial electronics and automation landscape. The team competes in the Standard Platform League, where all teams program the Nao humanoid robot.
