COLORplastic, spol. s r.o. is a Czech company specializing in plastic injection molding and the assembly of larger components for the automotive industry. Established in mid-2016, COLORplastic is a sister company to COLORprofi, which has focused exclusively on painting since 1989. The company operates modern production facilities in Boskovice and Moravská Třebová, utilizing state-of-the-art injection molding machines from leading brands like ENGEL, DEMAG, and KRAUSS MAFFEI. They ensure stable manufacturing processes and high precision in final products through advanced technology and rigorous quality control, including a modern laboratory with 3D measuring equipment from Mitutoyo. COLORplastic provides comprehensive services, including partnerships with COLORprofi for painting, offering innovative technologies and a robust quality management system to meet the demanding requirements of automotive customers. Since the beginning of 2021, COLORplastic's entire production has been carried out in newly built premises with a total area of 2300 m2. The new modern premises enable comfortable production on state-of-the-art injection molding machines and provide storage capacity for 1,500 pallets. A modernly equipped laboratory with 3D measuring equipment from Mitutoyo, among other things, is used to control the quality of manufactured parts. It also includes administrative facilities providing the necessary support for the production process. Sufficient production and storage facilities, together with the latest technologies, are prerequisites for the trouble-free implementation of existing and new projects.
