Refund & Return Policies
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
If possible, the goods will be exchanged with a duplicate item from our stock. If this exchange is not possible, the customer shall receive a full refund.
The serial number on the returned item must match the serial number in our records.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Voiding your warranty:
Voiding your warranty will mean we can no longer offer you a free an alternative part or your money back in the event of a breakdown.
Please never open up the part, attempt to repair it yourself or send it elsewhere for a repair before you send it back to us, as all of these will invalidate your warranty.
If a failure arises as a result of normal wear and tear, alteration, negligence, wilful damage, incorrect storage, installation, maintenance or use, the warranty will not apply and is void.
