At Eiron SRl, we design and manufacture custom shot peening and shotblasting/sandblasting systems, along with providing our customers with spare parts, grits, and a maintenance plan tailored to the type of work and usage of the system. We are certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (F.A.A.) and the National Aerospace and Defence Contractors Accreditation Program (NADCAP). Our services include a full package with professional support, from tuning the machine and processes to assisting with the certification process. Our products include automatic shot peening/sandblasting systems with anthropomorphic robots (Staubli, ABB, Fanuc), systems with N of satellites, two-position interchangeable table systems, linear axes systems, rotary table systems, tumble belt systems, and drum blasting systems. Additionally, manual shot peening/sandblasting systems can be customized with stainless steel AISI 304 carpentry, wear-resistant polyurethane coating, manual/motorized rotary tables, external supports for rotary table extraction, adjustable light shutters, and ATEX filters. We also provide spare parts such as pneumatics, anti-wear coatings, automation, hoses, nozzles, blast guns, and air filtering. Customers can choose from a variety of grits including ferrous metal grits, mineral synthetic grits, glass microbeads, ceramic grits, plastic grits, and natural vegetal grits.
