Ezel Cıvata Sanayi ve Tic. A.Ş. is a Turkish manufacturer and distributor of fasteners, specializing in bolts, screws, nuts, and rivets according to DIN, ISO, and ANSI standards. The company's journey began in 1911 with hardware imports and sales, expanding into glass imports for the construction sector in 1930. By the 1970s, it rebranded as Ezel Cıvata and ventured into fastener production, becoming a reputable brand for 6.8 quality iron bolts across Turkey. In 2000, Ezel Cıvata invested in a new, modern, and integrated production facility in Torbalı, İzmir, spanning 17,500 m2 closed and 30,000 m2 open areas. This facility features 43 multi-station cold forming groups, 25 double-stroke and rolling machines, heat treatment, plating, and mold production departments. Ezel Cıvata continues its manufacturing activities with approximately 20 different product types, exporting under the Exel Fasteners brand across Europe with fast delivery times. They are an authorized supplier to the automotive industry, holding IATF 16949 certification, and offer various surface treatments, including yellow and white electro-galvanization, hot-dip galvanization, Dacromet, Geomet, and nickel plating.
