Fabryka Samochodów Osobowych Spółka Akcyjna (FSO) is a company with a 70-year tradition, originally founded on August 1, 1948, as a state-owned enterprise in Warsaw, Poland. Initially, FSO focused on automobile manufacturing, launching its production line on November 6, 1951, and becoming Poland's largest car manufacturer. Between 1996-1999, FSO invested over 700 million USD, making it one of Europe's most modern car producers with a capacity of 250,000 vehicles annually. After operating as Daewoo-FSO Motor Sp. z o.o., the company reverted to its traditional FSO name in 2004. Currently, FSO primarily engages in the rental of office and service spaces and manages a Capital Group of associated companies. The company owns properties in Warsaw, including office buildings and service areas with parking facilities, especially along Witkiewicza street. FSO also holds stakes in production and service companies that provide services and products to both domestic and international clients, including car sales, service, and fleet management.
