Metal 44 is an ISO 9001 certified subcontractor specializing in metallurgy, offering recognized expertise in industrial parts manufacturing since 1984. The company excels in precision cutting of construction steels, mechanical steels, steel sheets, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized or electro-galvanized materials, handling thicknesses from 1mm to 250mm, including laser, oxy-cutting, and plasma processes. Founded by Jean DELIMELE, Metal 44 has expanded its workshops to 8000 m² of factory surface across a 40,000 m² terrain in Loire Atlantique, strategically located near Rennes, Nantes, and Angers. It provides comprehensive services from prototyping to series production, encompassing bending, machining, welding, surface treatment, and assembly. Continuous investment in optimizing production flows has diversified techniques, notably adding powder coating, robotized bending, and large-dimension 6-axis milling.
