MetalERG

MetalERG is a family-owned Polish manufacturer specializing in biomass-fired boilers and industrial heating solutions. Established in 1967, the company transitioned from construction to metal and plastic processing in the 1980s. In 1993, MetalERG acquired a license from SKELTEK to produce EKOPAL RM ecological boilers for straw, wood, and other biomass, expanding its product range to include efficient and economical straw air heaters. The company exports a significant number of boilers to countries like Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Scotland, and the Czech Republic. Additionally, MetalERG develops and produces medical oxygen regulators and offers comprehensive services in industrial biomass and RDF boiler houses, custom machine building, and heat treatment furnaces. Its expertise also extends to exhaust gas purification systems compatible with various boilers and heaters, focusing on eliminating burnt straw particles. MetalERG is recognized for its extensive experience in straw combustion technology, collaborating with institutions such as the Danish Technological Institute. MetalERG is also a manufacturer of medical equipment, offering high-quality medical oxygen regulators used in healthcare facilities and by rescue units. The company provides metal processing cooperative services for domestic and international clients, employing approximately 150 people and operating production facilities covering about 3500 m2. MetalERG has its own design office and a qualified engineering staff.
