We produce plain bearings that have an overlay made of cast lead bronze or white metal (which is based on lead or tin), with the body made of either steel or bronze. These bearings can be designed as a segment, radial or axial bearing, or a combination of axial-radial or axial-radial-axial bearings. We offer these bearings as semi-finished products or as ready-to-install bushings, both in a split design. Our manufacturing process is based on customer drawings and specifications, with lot sizes ranging from a single piece to a series. Our plain bearings are typically cast using the centrifugal casting method, while planetary gear bolts and cast-on bearings are cast using the vertical casting method. All our products are made in Germany, at our Langenau location.
