Phoenix Defense's Aerospace Manufacturing division has over three decades of experience serving the aerospace industry, known for lean manufacturing processes that deliver standard-setting products with efficient pricing and lead times. The company pairs its expertise in aerospace component manufacturing with engineering and project experience to not only make but also design products. It manufactures electronics and wire harness assemblies, MIL-STD-1553 data bus products, precision machined products, and sheet metal fabrications. Leveraging its Engineering Services work with the military, Phoenix Defense also produces stationary and mobile infantry targets, and stationary and mobile armored targets for the U.S. Army. The company supports both military and commercial customers with production lines serving aircraft such as the F35, C17, V22 Osprey, P8A, F18, KC-135, UH-60 Blackhawk, CH47 Chinook, AH64 Apache Longbow, and AH-1W. Phoenix Defense operates three manufacturing facilities in Gilbert, Arizona, totaling 128,000 square feet, which are temperature and humidity-controlled for state-of-the-art CNC aerospace machining and assembly.
