The system will be entirely built in our factory, where the mechanics of the assembly and testing stations, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic hardware will be designed according to the uniqueness of your product and each component to be tested/verified. The software for the system, developed in close relation to the functional needs of the system, will be managed using dedicated technology, including PLCs with operator panels, integrated PC monitor touchscreens for supervision, circuit and descriptive phase layouts, parameters for managing the system and digital and analog variables, instrumentation setup in the stations, testing parameters for each piece produced, remote supervision with cameras for better maintenance management, and final testing.
