They handle production quantities from prototype to 100,000 pieces annually, working with cold punching materials from 0.005 to 0.250 inches thick, including plastics, with a tonnage capacity of 5 to 200 tons using 65 presses. Sons Metal Stamping has expanded its capabilities over the years to include sub-assembly work, in-house welding, bracker riveting, hardware insertions, and laser capabilities for quicker pre-production samples and tool development.
