Tiercel Technology

Tiercel Technology employs an acquisition strategy focused on co-location, purchasing, or establishing partnerships through joint venture agreements with companies that offer synergies, technological expertise, and capabilities. This approach aims to support Tiercel Technology's business units in becoming premier manufacturing enablers, delivering exceptional value to our customers. The company actively seeks small to medium-sized businesses prioritizing technology with early-stage patent portfolios or strong niche market presence in growing industries. These businesses may lack essential manufacturing bench strength, capital, or manufacturing capabilities to fully realize their potential. Tiercel Technology specializes in contract manufacturing and private-label equipment builds for technology-driven products. With extensive experience in manufacturing and marketing, Tiercel focuses on supporting Canadian brands, particularly those with mechanical innovations. The company's Automated Assembly Division is involved in contract manufacturing for technology-based products across diverse sectors, including medical imaging, pharmaceutical dispensing, robotics, digital imaging, digital media delivery devices, and laboratory automation.
