Ubojnia Uniszki

Ubojnia Uniszki, founded in 1993 by Marek Kujawski and Andrzej Merchel, is a private poultry slaughterhouse and food processing plant located in Uniszki Cegielnia, Poland, 200m from the Warsaw-Gdańsk route. The company specializes in the slaughter and processing of domestic fowl, including fresh and frozen chicken carcasses, offal, and poultry elements. Ubojnia Uniszki transports live poultry using its own vehicles and implemented the HACCP system in 2004 to meet EU requirements and ensure product safety. The plant employs approximately 160 people, with most working in production. Their products are supplied to shops, wholesalers, and processing plants throughout Poland, and they hold permits for export to third countries like the United Arab Emirates, Ghana, Congo, Benin, Uganda, and Hong Kong. The company is committed to producing high-quality and healthy poultry products through continuous detailed supervision of the production process.
