Standard double acting, single rod version of the CQ2 compact cylinder. The CQ2 is available in bore sizes from 12mm to 100mm. It comes standard with male or female piston rod threads. It is possible to mount auto switches on any of the 4 surfaces.

SMC s MK-Z has an allowable moment of inertia 3 times higher than the conventional MK and MK2 styles. The overall length is the same as the conventional styles, and mounting dimensions are interchangeable with the MK series. Auto switches can be mounted on any of the 4 surfaces with no projection of the switch.

Series ASP is a speed controller with an integrated pilot check valve. This combination makes it possible to control cylinder speeds and permits temporary intermediate stops. The ASP is standard with electroless nickel plating on all brass parts and allows 360 degree freedom for tube mounting direction.

The VHS series provides a convenient means of isolating supplied pressure in a pneumatic system and exhausting downstream pressure for maintenance purposes. The units can be locked in the exhaust position and can be an integral part of an energy isolation system. Air flow direction is easily identified by handle orientation and labelling. They can be used alone or can be conveniently connected to an FRL assembly using modular spacers.

The C(D)Q2-Z is a compact cylinder featuring double acting and single rod functionality. It's available in various bore sizes, ranging from 12mm to 100mm. This model comes standard with male or female piston rod threads, allowing for versatile mounting options. Additionally, auto switches can be mounted on any of the four surfaces of this cylinder.

The VQC series has five standard wiring packages bringing a world of ease to wiring and maintenance work, while the protective enclosures of three of them conform to IP67 standards for protection from dust and moisture. The use of multi-pin connectors to replace wiring inside manifold blocks provides flexibility when adding stations or changing manifold configuration. The VQC series has outstanding response times and long life.

The VXZ series for water is a 2 port, pilot operated solenoid valve capable of operating at higher differential pressures by maintaining a zero differential pressure on the seat. The molded coil offers low power consumption, long life and high reliability. Standard NBR seal and optional FKM seal for use with deionized water. Available for port sizes ranging from 1/4 to 1 inch. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 1.9 to 10.2.

VQ valves are ideal for applications requiring high speed, frequent operation, stable response time and long service life. Innovative mounting methods allow valves to be changed without entirely disassembling the manifold. Built-in one-touch fittings save piping time and labor.

Available in four bore size options, series CJP2 includes a tiny, but powerful, 4mm bore size option making it the smallest double acting pin cylinder around. 6, 10 and 16mm bore sizes complete the range, all featuring extruded aluminium bodies, making them not only compact, but extremely light weight. Series CJP2 is auto switch capable and other options include rubber bumper cushions, and made to order models including both heat and cold resistant types. Mounting possibilities include basic/panel, flange, foot, clevis and trunnion options.

CP96, profile tube design ISO cylinder with enclosed tie rods, is available in 6 bore sizes from 32 to 125mm. The series is available with a single or double rod in 6 bore sizes from 32 to 125mm. The air cushion and bumper cushion combination greatly reduces noise at the end of stroke. High accuracy covers and tie rod nuts improve mounting accuracy and extend the cylinder life. Increasing the precision of the bushing and piston rod, as well as reducing tolerances, has decreased the deflection of the piston rod. Standard strokes range from 25 to 800mm.

Power valve series VEX includes a regulator valve (VEX1*0), precision regulator (VEX1*3), 3 position valve (VEX3) and a economy valve (VEX5). The 3 port large capacity poppet exhausting regulator is equipped with a relief port the same size as the connection port. The 3-port, 3-position double solenoid that permits vacuum suction, vacuum destruction, suspension (closed) is ideal for a system where many valves are used.

LVM20/200 is a compact direct operated 2/3 port solenoid valve for chemicals. LVM s unique internal chamber design reduces the swept volume to a minimum and can mean zero dead volume and carry over. Operating pressure ranges from -75 kPa to 0.30 MPa. LVM20/200 is available as body ported, direct tube connection or base mounted. Maximum flow up to Cv of 0.065

The VX2 for air is available with resin and aluminum body. Resin body is offered with one touch fitting to reduce installation time. Three body sizes are available, with port size ranges from 1/8 to 1/2 inch (6 to 12mm with resin body). NBR seal is used as standard and FKM or EPDM is optional. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 0.23 to 2.21.

Direct air operated, 2 port valve series VXA can be used with a wide variety of fluids. Two body materials are offered: brass (C37) and stainless steel. Pilot port size is 1/8 inch. Flow rate ranges from Cv of 0.38 to 2.8.

The CQU series was designed to be a lightweight, compact plate type cylinder. The series is available in bore sizes 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, and 40mm. Auto switches can be mounted without removing mounting brackets. It is possible to mount a small auto switch in 4 directions. CQU mountings include through hole/double end tapped (standard), a vertical foot bracket, horizontal foot bracket, and double clevis.

Series VF, a five port pilot solenoid valve, offers large flow capacity in a compact size. The VF is available in many variations including three types of manual override and four types of electrical entry. Common exhaust for main valve and pilot valve is also available.
