Schneider Electric's XS inductive proximity sensors are designed for noncontact detection of metallic objects within a range of up to 60 mm. These sensors come in cylindrical housings, available in M8, M12, M18, and M30 sizes with either short or long bodies. They also offer standard cubic, rectangular, and flat forms.
