Belt section CSS/F-2
- Conveyor medium with high friction coefficient allows high acceleration and deceleration
- No slipping of the modules on the belt section
- Same system dimensions as CSS/B
- Longitudinal conveyor for glass modules of various dimensions
- Not intended for accumulation operation
- Belt section consisting of two to five tracks for secure support of the glass modules across the entire width. Distance between the tracks can be determined individually (b1 to b4). Comply with minimum dimensions
- Permissible load:‒ Per track: max. 0.15 kg/cm support surface length and max. 40 kg‒ Per belt section: max. 120 kg
- Suitable for reversible operation (up to 3000 mm)
- Textile toothed belt with PU coating for high friction coefficients and improved static friction when starting and accelerating
- Simple exchange of the toothed belts by dismantling from above without realignment
- Gear motors are suitable for operation with frequency converter
- Motor mounting on right (MA = R) or left (MA = L) possible on each track of the belt section (MS = 1 ... 5; MS = 1 denotes the left track in the direction of transport). When mounting the motor between the tracks, observe a minimum distance of 165 mm (b1 to b4)
- Motor mounting outside: suspended or lying down;Motor mounting between the tracks: suspended
- Motor connection optionally with cable/plug (AT = S) or terminal box (AT = K)
