The ISO Cylinder DNC-32-650-PPV-A is a robust and versatile pneumatic actuator designed for demanding industrial environments. Conforming to ISO 15552 standards, this double-acting cylinder features a 32 mm piston diameter and a stroke range of 2 mm to 2000 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The cylinder is equipped with adjustable pneumatic cushioning at both ends, ensuring smooth and precise operation.

Constructed with a high-alloy steel piston rod and a wrought aluminum alloy barrel with a smooth anodized finish, the DNC-32-650-PPV-A offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance (CRC class 2). The cylinder is compatible with proximity sensors for position sensing and can operate with compressed air as per ISO 8573-1:2010 [7:4:4]. It also supports operation with oil lubrication for extended use.

Designed for flexibility, the cylinder can be mounted in any position and features an external thread piston rod end (M10x1.25). The operating pressure ranges from 0.06 MPa to 1.2 MPa (0.6 bar to 12 bar), and it can withstand ambient temperatures from -20 °C to 80 °C. The DNC-32-650-PPV-A is RoHS-compliant and conforms to VDMA24364-B1/B2-L for LABS (PWIS) conformity.
