The 3-way resilient seated butterfly valve, with a pipe connection size of 2.5 inches, is capable of providing both two-position and modulating control for chilled, hot, or cooling tower water applications. This valve features a durable body constructed from epoxy powder coated ductile iron (ASTM A536) and is compatible with ANSI Class 125/150 flanges, utilizing four bolts for secure attachment.

Engineered for reliability, this valve utilizes a 416 stainless steel valve stem and a 304 stainless steel valve disc. The seat is made from EPDM material, ensuring effective sealing. With a maximum operating pressure of 232 psi (1600 kPa) and a maximum media temperature of 250 °F (121 °C), it is suitable for a range of operating conditions, although it is not intended for use with steam or fuels.

Additional features include a flow coefficient of 75 CV (65 Kvs) and a modified linear flow characteristic, allowing for precise control in diverse applications. The valve operates effectively within a temperature range from -22 °F (-30 °C) to 122 °F (50 °C) ambient temperatures. For control, it accepts a fail-in-place actuator with an optional heater for enhanced performance in cold environments. The valve's start position is normally closed at Port A, and it is designed for a maximum differential pressure of 200 psi (1380 kPa).
