The AS-Interface Diagnostic Module is a specialized tool for monitoring the AS-i network, ensuring reliable communication quality. It features clearly visible LEDs that indicate operational status, including communication state and error conditions, enhancing troubleshooting capabilities.

This module supports cable extensions of up to 200 meters without requiring an additional repeater, making it adaptable to various network topologies. The device operates within a voltage range of 26.5 to 31.6 V and has a maximum current consumption of 60 mA.

With an ambient temperature tolerance of 0 to 55 °C and a robust IP67 protection class, this module is suitable for diverse operational environments. The MTTF is rated at 140 years, ensuring long-term reliability. No addressing is required for setup, and the module is equipped with a M12 connector (coding: A) for easy integration.

Additionally, the module is constructed from PBT, weighing approximately 199.2 grams and measuring 83 x 90 x 44 mm. Optional accessories are available, including the AC5000 lower part module, which can enhance functionality.
