This Copper Compression Lug is specifically crafted for use with 1000 kcmil stranded copper conductors. It features a long barrel design that enhances connection stability and a 90° bent tang for optimal alignment during installation. The lug is made from copper and finished with tin plating to ensure corrosion resistance. With a voltage rating of 35 kV and a temperature rating of 90°C, it is suitable for a variety of demanding applications.

The product adheres to UL 486A/B standards and is compliant with CSA C22.2 No. 65-03. It is equipped with a single mounting hole and has an outside diameter of 1.502 inches, contributing to its compatibility with specific installation setups. The lug's design includes a square tang end, enhancing the grip on conductors, while lacking a sight window and being undrilled, it is streamlined for use without additional modifications.

For applications requiring flexible conductor connections, this lug accommodates flex conductors in the range of 750 G, H, I, and 777.7 DLO. It has a barrel length of 3 inches and a tang thickness of 0.328 inches. Each lug is packaged individually, and this product is also marked with a die color code of white for easy identification.
