The Fixed Drive Conveyor Roller Series 3500 is designed for efficient driven unit handling, making it perfect for transporting cardboards, containers, barrels, or tires. This series features polyamide drive heads, ensuring exceptionally quiet operation. The rounded tube ends facilitate easy side movement of materials, while axial forces are managed through robust ball bearings and seals.

The bearing assembly on the non-drive side can be axially fixed in multiple ways. For steel tube designs, the bearing assembly is pressed and flanged into the tube. For PVC tube designs, it features an internal groove that engages with the bearing housing's press-in edge. PolyVee and round belt designs also utilize a pressed and flanged bearing assembly.

The roller series supports various drive configurations, including flat, PolyVee, round, or toothed belts, as well as chains. The permanently installed bearing housing accommodates tube diameters of 50 and 60 mm. Interchangeable polyamide drive heads, such as sprocket, toothed belt, and flat belt heads, can be easily swapped with friction heads, providing versatile application options.

This roller series is partially suitable for freezer areas, ideal for quiet applications, and well-suited for moist environments. It is designed to handle medium-duty materials effectively.
