The CZ-H35S Reflective Sensor Head with Shine Cancellation is designed for high-precision detection in industrial applications. Utilizing a combination of red, green, and blue LEDs, this sensor head effectively cancels out shine and reflections, ensuring accurate detection even on glossy surfaces. The detecting area ranges from 28 to 52 mm, with a recommended distance of 40 mm, and the smallest spot diameter is 4.5 mm at the reference distance.
Constructed with a robust housing made of triacetate and polyarylate, and a lens cover of fibreglass reinforced plastic, the CZ-H35S is built to withstand demanding environments. It features an IP40 enclosure rating, providing reliable protection against dust and other particles. The sensor head operates efficiently in ambient light conditions up to 10,000 lux for incandescent lamps and 20,000 lux for sunlight, and within a temperature range of -10 to +55 °C.
The CZ-H35S also boasts excellent vibration resistance, enduring frequencies from 10 to 55 Hz with a double amplitude of 1.5 mm for 2 hours in each of the X, Y, and Z axes. This makes it ideal for use in dynamic industrial settings where consistent performance is critical.
