The Keyence KL-DC1A is a high-precision DC current measurement module designed for industrial applications requiring accurate and reliable current monitoring. This module supports five measurement ranges, allowing for versatile application across various current levels. The KL-DC1A features a robust design with noise immunity of 1,500 Vp-p and conforms to IEC standards, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments.
With a sampling rate of up to 1,000 times per second in normal mode and 10 times per second in high-precision mode, the KL-DC1A provides fast and accurate current measurements. The module also includes advanced functions such as peak and bottom hold, 0-point adjustment, comparator output, and filter settings, making it suitable for complex monitoring and control tasks.
The KL-DC1A is designed to operate in a wide range of environmental conditions, with an operating temperature range of 0 to +50°C and humidity tolerance of 35 to 85%RH. It also boasts a high level of durability with shock resistance conforming to JIS B 3502 and IEC 61131-2, and vibration resistance for both intermittent and continuous vibrations.
This module is compatible with various PLC systems, including Keyence KV series, Mitsubishi, and Omron, making it a flexible choice for integration into existing automation systems. The KL-DC1A also features EEPROM for setting data storage, ensuring data integrity and reliability over time.
