The Omron 3G3MX2-A2007-E MX Inverter Drive is designed to deliver exceptional performance and reliability for a wide range of industrial applications. With its advanced sensorless vector control, this inverter drive ensures high starting torque of 200% at 0.5 Hz, making it ideal for demanding tasks. It supports both IM & PM motor control and offers torque control in open loop vector mode.
This versatile inverter drive features built-in application functionality such as brake control and positioning functionality, along with built-in logic programming capabilities. It is compliant with ISO13849-1 safety standards and includes a double input circuit and external device monitor (EDM) for enhanced safety.
The 3G3MX2-A2007-E supports various fieldbus communications including Modbus, DeviceNet, Profibus, CompoNet, EtherCAT, ML-II, and EtherNet/IP, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems. The USB port allows for easy PC programming, and the 24 VDC backup supply ensures continuous operation of the control board.
Additional features include a PC configuration tool (CX-Drive), RoHS, CE, and cULus ratings, and compatibility with a range of accessories such as chokes, LCD remote operators, output AC reactors, and braking resistors. This inverter drive is suitable for both constant and variable torque applications, providing flexibility and efficiency in operation.
