This product belongs to the NEMA Pressure Switches category, designed for pump or compressor applications. It incorporates two normally closed, snap action, DPST-DB (double pole single throw, double break) form YY contacts, with a pressure setting range of 20 PSI to 40 PSI. The switch is equipped with a pressure sensor capable of handling 80 PSI (with an adjustable range from 5 PSI to 60 PSI) and offers an adjustable rising pressure range from 20 PSI to 80 PSI, along with an approximate adjustable differential of 15 PSI to 30 PSI.

Electrical connections are facilitated through screw clamp terminals, while fluid connections utilize a 0.25-inch NPSF internal fitting. The diaphragm actuator allows for operation from any position, and the adjustable differential scale is designed for internal settings. Constructed from polypropylene, the enclosure measures 3.44 inches (W) x 3.88 inches (D) x 5.4 inches (H) and weighs 2.25 lbs.

This switch is suitable for various applications including pressure control and monitoring of water pumps, compressors, agricultural irrigation systems, molding presses, injection molders, grinding machines, machining centers, and specialized machinery. It meets IP20 and NEMA 1 ratings and is certified by CE, CSA, and UL, adhering to UL 508 and NSF ANSI 372 standards.
