The XMLR electronic pressure sensor is equipped with a 4-digit 7-segment display and is specifically designed for precise pressure measurement and visualization. It is suitable for direct mounting on pipes and offers high resistance to corrosion due to its construction from AISI 316L stainless steel and fluorocarbon resin, ensuring extended durability.

With a mechanical durability rated for 10 million cycles, this sensor minimizes maintenance requirements in pressurized fluid circuits. Operating at a supply voltage of 24 V DC, it features a solid-state PNP output alongside an analog output that ranges from 4 mA to 20 mA. The device is also rated with an IP65/IP67 protection class, making it suitable for various applications including moulding and thermoforming presses, injection machines, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems.

This sensor complies with EN/IEC 61326-2-3 and UL 61010-1 standards, ensuring its reliability in industrial environments. The operating temperature for the controlled fluids, such as fresh water, air, and hydraulic oil, ranges from -20 to 80 °C. The XMLR sensor's design allows for installation in any orientation, although certain mounting positions may affect measurement accuracy.
