The Sick i10-E0233 Safety Lock is an electromechanical safety device designed to ensure the secure locking and monitoring of doors in industrial environments. This safety lock operates on a power-to-lock principle, providing a reliable solution for safeguarding machinery and personnel. It features positive action N/C solenoid monitoring contacts and N/O solenoid monitoring contacts for enhanced safety.
With a maximum locking force of 1,300 N and a holding force of 1,000 N, the i10-E0233 ensures robust and secure locking in compliance with EN ISO 14119. The device is equipped with a slow action switching element and supports an actuation frequency of up to 1,200 operations per hour, making it suitable for high-demand applications.
The safety lock is designed for versatile installation with four actuation directions and a start-up speed of up to 20 m/min. It is housed in a durable glass-fiber reinforced thermoplastic enclosure, providing IP67 protection against dust and water ingress, ensuring reliable performance in harsh industrial environments.
The i10-E0233 Safety Lock is compliant with multiple international standards, including CE, cULus, and UKCA, ensuring global applicability. It features a cable gland connection type with a conductor cross-section range of 0.34 mm² to 1.5 mm², and supports both AC and DC voltage operations.
