The SMC MHF2-20D2 Air Gripper is a compact and efficient solution for precision gripping applications. Featuring a low-profile design, this 2-finger gripper is perfect for use in confined spaces. With a maximum gripping force of 141 N per finger at 0.5 MPa, the MHF2-20D2 is capable of handling a variety of tasks with ease. The gripper boasts a repeatability of ±0.05 mm, ensuring precise and accurate operation every time. Additionally, the maximum operating frequency of 120 cycles per minute makes it suitable for high-speed applications.

The MHF2-20D2 is designed for use with air as the pressure medium, with a maximum operating pressure of 0.7 MPa and a minimum operating pressure of 0.1 MPa. The gripper can operate in a wide temperature range, from -10 ºC to 60 ºC, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The non-lube design reduces maintenance requirements, further enhancing its reliability and longevity.

This gripper is equipped with M5 pneumatic connections for both input and exhaust, and features an opening and closing stroke of 80 mm on both sides. Weighing just 1.225 kg, the MHF2-20D2 is lightweight and easy to integrate into existing systems.
