The SMC MHW2-32D1 Air Gripper is designed for applications requiring precise and reliable gripping. Featuring a 180° angular motion and a robust rack & pinion mechanism, this air gripper ensures consistent performance in demanding industrial environments. The double-acting design provides enhanced control and repeatability, making it ideal for automation systems.
With a maximum gripping moment of 8.27 Nm at 0.5 MPa, the MHW2-32D1 delivers powerful gripping force. The finger opening angle ranges from -6° to 180°, allowing for versatile handling of various workpieces. The gripper's repeatability of ±0.2 mm ensures precise positioning, while the maximum operating frequency of 60 cycles per minute supports high-speed operations.
Constructed with durability in mind, the MHW2-32D1 operates within a temperature range of -10°C to 60°C and can handle a maximum operating pressure of 0.7 MPa. The gripper is designed for use with air and does not require lubrication, reducing maintenance requirements. Additionally, the gripper is compatible with various auto switches, providing flexibility in system integration.
