The VQC1000/2000 U-Side End Plate Assembly is designed for the VQC1000/2000 series, offering a space-saving design with all solenoid and fittings positioned on one side. This assembly is IP67 compliant, ensuring dust-tight and immersion-proof protection. The use of a multi-pin connector manifold allows for flexible adaptation, including added stations and changed specifications. The assembly features a no screws, one clamp structure for reduced recombination labor and supports a variety of common wiring methods. It includes a 4 position, dual 3 port valve and is compatible with the EX600 serial transmission system, supporting various Fieldbus protocols such as DeviceNet®, PROFIBUS DP, CC-Link, EtherNet/IP™, EtherCAT, and PROFINET. The assembly also supports safety communication protocols, making it suitable for ISO 13849-compliant safety systems. Additionally, it offers a self-diagnosis function to monitor input/output signals and maintenance requirements.
