Signaling contacts SK1 with screw terminals signal the tripping of the manual motor starter. For SK1 the indication on the device itself is done with a protruding orange button. The contact positions of SK1 need to be manually reset after a tripping event by pushing the orange button. SK1 signaling contacts signal tripping regardless if it was caused by short-circuit, overload or electrical release (AA1 or UA1). They are attached on the right side of the manual motor starter. Signaling contacts SK1 are available as normally open or normally closed contacts.

The CR-U048DC2L pluggable interface relay is from the CR-U (universal) relay range. This relay operates with a 48 V DC rated control supply voltage and has 2 c/o (SPDT) output contacts rated at 250 V / 10 A. The relay has an integrated blue test button for manual actuation and locking of the output contacts and an integrated LED. Standard sockets, logic sockets, pluggable function modules, holder and marker are available as accessories.

PS1-3-1-100 3-phase busbars ensure a quick and safe connection of 3 MS132 or MS116 manual motor starters with 1 lateral auxiliary contacts and are therefore a cost effective solution. The rated current is 100 A.

The CM-ESS.1P is a single-functional voltage monitoring relay from the CM single-phase monitors range. The CM-MPN.72P is a multifunctional relay from the CM three-phase monitors range. It operates with a rated control supply voltage / three-phase measuring voltage of 530-820 V AC 50/60 Hz and has a 2 c/o (SPDT) output with contacts rated at 250 V / 4 A. This relay monitors all phase parameters such as over/undervoltage, phase unbalance and phase failure. The corresponding threshold values are adjustable. The CM-MPN.72P also offers selection of phase sequence monitoring, automatic phase sequence correction as well as an ON or OFF tripping delay. The output contacts can be configured as 1x2 c/o (SPDT) contacts (common signal) or 2x1 c/o (SPDT) contact (separate signal for over- and undervoltage thresholds) operation. The TF96-60 thermal overload relay is an economic electromechanical protection device for the main circuit. It offers reliable and fast protection for motors in the event of overload or phase failure. The device has trip class 10. Further features are the temperature compensation, trip contact (NC), signal contact (NO), automatic- or manual reset selectable, trip-free mechanism, STOP function and a trip indication. The overload relays are connected directly to the block contactors. Single mounting kits are available as accessory.
