The DL-EC1A Ethercat Supporting Communication Unit is designed to seamlessly integrate with your industrial network, providing robust and reliable communication for up to 15 sensor units. This unit supports Ethercat protocol, ensuring high-speed and efficient data exchange. It is compliant with IEEE802.3u (100BASE-TX) standards, offering a transmission speed of 100 Mbps.
Featuring dual RJ-45 ports, the DL-EC1A facilitates easy daisy-chaining of devices, while the Category 5e or higher STP cable ensures secure and stable connections over distances up to 100 meters. The unit supports both process data object communication and mailbox communication, making it versatile for various industrial applications.
The DL-EC1A is equipped with multiple indicator lamps, including power, run, error, sensor communication, and link/activity indicators, providing clear and immediate status updates. The unit operates on a power voltage of 20 to 30 VDC, supplied from connected sensor amplifiers, and consumes a maximum of 2,100 mW.
Built to withstand harsh industrial environments, the DL-EC1A has an ambient temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and a relative humidity range of 35 to 85%.
