This sensor offers a detecting distance of 1.5 mm ±10%, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial automation applications. Its robust construction, featuring a stainless steel (SUS304) case, ensures durability and reliability in harsh environments.
The EV-108M operates on a DC power supply (12 to 24 VDC) with a ripple of 20% or less, and features a response frequency of 800 Hz, allowing for rapid and accurate detection. The sensor's control output supports a switching capacity of 5 to 80 mA, and it includes protection circuits for reversed polarity and surge voltage, enhancing its operational safety.
With an IP67 enclosure rating, the EV-108M is highly resistant to dust and water, making it suitable for use in challenging industrial settings. The sensor can operate within a temperature range of -25 to +80°C and a relative humidity of 35 to 95% RH, ensuring reliable performance under varying environmental conditions.
