The Keyence LR-ZB100C3P is a high-performance distance-based laser sensor designed for industrial applications requiring precise and reliable detection. Its rectangular shape and M8 connector make it easy to integrate into various systems. The sensor offers a detectable distance range of 35 to 100 mm with a standard deviation of 1.5 mm to 3 mm, ensuring accurate measurements.
Equipped with a red laser light source (660 nm) classified as a Class 1 laser product, the LR-ZB100C3P guarantees safe operation in compliance with IEC60825-1 and FDA (CDRH) Part1040.10 standards. The sensor features a 3-digit 7-segment display for easy readouts, along with multiple indicators for output, DATUM, and spot detection.
The LR-ZB100C3P supports various timer functions, including OFF/ON delay, OFF delay, and one-shot, providing flexibility in different applications. It operates on a power voltage range of 10 to 30 VDC and consumes 450 mW or less, making it energy-efficient.
