The variable speed drive, Altivar Process ATV900, operates within a voltage range of 500 to 690V and is engineered for industrial applications. This device supports motors with a power rating of up to 75kW (100HP) for moderate overload scenarios, allowing for up to 120% of rated power. For instances requiring more significant overloads, it can accommodate motors rated up to 45kW (60HP) with a 150% overload capability.
Designed specifically for sectors such as oil and gas, mining, food and beverage, as well as water and wastewater management, this drive ensures high motor performance and precise control in master/slave configurations. Significant features include a web server for data logging, which facilitates rapid troubleshooting and predictive maintenance, ensuring operational continuity even during network disruptions.
Advanced connectivity options, including EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP, enable seamless integration into existing automation systems, making it suitable for diverse industrial processes.
