XC Special Range Limit Switch, Metal Square Rod Lever Stay Put Crossed
The XC Special Range Limit Switch is a versatile device that translates mechanical movement into electrical signals. It features 2 x (1 normally closed + 1 normally opened) snap action contacts, ensuring positive opening operation. The switch lever is designed with metal square rods and a stay put crossed design, allowing for lateral approach in two directions.
The operating head of this limit switch has a rotary movement, making it suitable for various applications. It comes equipped with screw clamp terminals for electrical connection and a tapped entry for PG13.5 cable gland. This product is rated IP54 and can handle an operational current of 3A at 240V AC, 0.27A at 250V AC, and a conventional enclosed thermal current of 10A.
Mechanically, the limit switch offers durability with approximately 10 million operating cycles, while electrically it can endure up to 5 million operating cycles. Its body is made of zinc alloy and measures 85mm (Width) x 75mm (Depth) x 95mm (Height), weighing 1.135kg.
This limit switch is ideal for hoisting and mechanical handling applications, certified by CCC and CSA. It adheres to various international standards including NF C 79-130, CSA C22.2 No 14, EN 60947-5-1, EN 60204-1, IEC 60204-1 and IEC 60947-5-1.
