The XMLR electronic pressure sensor features a 4-digit 7-segment display and is engineered for precise pressure measurement. Designed to be mounted directly on tubing, this sensor is constructed from AISI 316L stainless steel and fluorocarbon resin, ensuring high corrosion resistance and longevity.
With a mechanical durability of 10 million cycles, it requires minimal maintenance in pressurized fluid circuits. It operates efficiently within a temperature range of -20 to 80 °C for various fluids, including fresh water, air, hydraulic oil, and refrigeration fluids. The device supports a maximum permissible accidental pressure of 3 bar and provides an IP65/IP67 protection rating for robust environmental resilience.
Compliance with EN/IEC 61326-2-3 and UL 61010-1 standards is assured, making it suitable for applications in moulding and thermoforming presses, injection machines, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic equipment. The device's electrical connection is facilitated through a male M12 connector, while offering an analog output function of 0...10 V.
