The SMC CG1 Series Air Cylinder is a standard type, double acting, single rod cylinder designed to provide efficient and reliable performance in a compact form factor. By integrating the head cover and tube, this series reduces the total length and weight, making it ideal for applications where space and weight are critical factors. The CG1 Series is equipped with an auto switch, enhancing its functionality and ease of use in automated systems.

This series includes various models such as CDG1, CDG1W, CDG1K, CDG1KW, CDG1R, CDG1KR, CDG1□Q, and CDBG1, offering flexibility to meet different application requirements. Please note that production of the CG1 series will be discontinued in October 2013, except for specific models like the direct mount, non-rotating rod (CG1KR), and those with an end lock (CBG1). For new applications, consider selecting the CG1-Z series.

The CG1 Series is designed with a rubber bumper and offers a bore size of 32 mm, ensuring smooth and efficient operation. The cylinder stroke is 250 mm, providing ample range for various industrial tasks. The port thread type for the rubber bumper is Rc (Φ20-Φ100), and for the air cushion, it is M5X0.8 (Φ20Φ25), Rc (Φ32-Φ100).
