The SMC CG1 Series Air Cylinder is designed to deliver efficient and reliable performance in a compact and lightweight form factor. This standard type, double acting, single rod cylinder integrates the head cover and tube, reducing both the total length and weight of the unit. The CG1 Series is equipped with an auto switch for enhanced functionality and ease of use. This series includes various models such as CDG1, CDG1W, CDG1K, CDG1KW, CDG1R, CDG1KR, CDG1□Q, and CDBG1, catering to a wide range of industrial applications.

The CG1 Series is engineered to meet rigorous industry standards, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance. The cylinder features a rubber bumper for smooth operation and is available in a bore size of 40 mm with a standard stroke of 50 mm. The port thread type is Rc for rubber bumper models and M5X0.8 for air cushion models, providing versatility in installation.

Although the production of the CG1 Series will be discontinued in October 2013, the replacement series CG1-Z offers continued support and compatibility. This makes the CG1 Series a reliable choice for applications requiring precise and consistent pneumatic control.
