Product Description

The AVENTICS Compact Cylinder ISO 21287, Series CCI is designed for applications requiring reliable and efficient linear motion in a compact form factor. Compliant with ISO 21287 standards, this cylinder features a piston diameter of 25 mm and a stroke length of 5 mm. Its double-acting functional principle ensures smooth operation in both directions, while the elastic cushioning provides effective energy absorption, enhancing durability and performance.

Equipped with a magnetic piston, the cylinder allows for precise position sensing, making it suitable for automated systems. The standard industrial scraper ensures longevity by preventing contaminants from entering the cylinder. Additionally, the cylinder is available with optional ATEX certification for use in explosive environments.

Designed to operate within a wide temperature range of -20°C to 80°C, the cylinder can handle working pressures from 1 bar to 10 bar, making it versatile for various industrial applications. The M5 ports and M6 piston rod thread ensure easy integration into existing systems. With a lightweight design, the cylinder minimizes the load on the system while delivering a retracting piston force of 260 N and an extending piston force of 309 N.
