Product Description

The Balluff BES02JA Inductive Sensor is designed for reliable performance in challenging industrial environments. With its cylindrical M18x1 housing and compact dimensions of Ø 18 x 65 mm, this sensor is ideal for applications requiring a robust and durable solution. The sensor features a 5 mm sensing range and a PNP normally open (NO) switching output, ensuring precise and accurate detection.

Constructed with a brass housing coated with PTFE and an active surface made of PTFE, the BES02JA offers exceptional resistance to magnetic fields, making it suitable for use in areas with strong AC/DC magnetic interference. The sensor operates within a voltage range of 10 to 30 VDC and can withstand ambient temperatures from -25 to 70 °C, ensuring reliable performance in a wide range of conditions.

With an IP67 protection rating, the BES02JA is fully protected against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for use in harsh environments. The sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12x1 male connector for easy and secure installation. Additionally, it complies with cULus, CE, UKCA, and WEEE standards, ensuring it meets all necessary safety and environmental regulations.
